Cancellation Policy

Legends Security LLC

Effective Date: Upon Booking

By selecting this acknowledgment, I, on behalf of myself and any entity I represent, agree to the following cancellation terms:

I understand that Legends Security LLC allocates personnel, schedules staff, and commits resources in advance based on confirmed bookings. As such, cancellations impact staffing availability and business operations.

I agree that:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service start time are eligible for a full refund of any payments made
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in a partial refund or no refund, at the Company's discretion
  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide access to the service location are non-refundable

I acknowledge that any deposits paid may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and resources already committed.

I further understand that rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Any approved rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking depending on timing.

Legends Security LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse service at any time due to safety concerns, misrepresentation of event details, non-payment, or conditions deemed unsafe or unlawful. In such cases, refunds, if any, will be issued at the Company's sole discretion.

I acknowledge that this Cancellation Policy is a material part of the service agreement, and failure to comply may result in forfeiture of payments.
