Liability Waiver and Release of Claims

By selecting this acknowledgment, I, on behalf of myself and any entity I represent, agree to the following:

I understand that private security services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical altercations, removal of individuals, crowd-related incidents, and unpredictable behavior by third parties. I acknowledge that Legends Security LLC and its personnel operate in environments where conditions may change rapidly and where not all risks can be controlled or eliminated.

To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Legends Security LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the provision of security services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, or other losses, whether caused by third parties or arising during the course of services.

I acknowledge that security personnel are not law enforcement officers and that their role is limited to deterrence, observation, and reasonable intervention. I accept that the Company does not guarantee the prevention of criminal activity, disturbances, or harm.

I further agree that I am responsible for the conduct of my guests, patrons, staff, and affiliates, and that Legends Security LLC shall not be held liable for actions taken by such individuals.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legends Security LLC from any claims or legal actions brought by third parties arising out of my event, venue operations, or failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or security recommendations.

I acknowledge that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Arizona. If any portion is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By proceeding, I confirm that I have read this Liability Waiver in full, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
