Code of Conduct

By selecting this acknowledgment, I, on behalf of myself and any entity I represent, agree to the following Code of Conduct regarding interaction with Legends Security LLC personnel:

I understand that security personnel are engaged to maintain safety, enforce venue policies, and manage risk. As such, all venue owners, managers, staff, contractors, and affiliates are required to conduct themselves in a professional and cooperative manner at all times.

I agree that:

• All venue staff will comply with directions issued by security personnel related to safety, access control, and incident management
• Venue staff will not interfere with, override, or contradict security decisions made in real time
• Any disputes or concerns regarding security actions will be addressed after the event, not during active operations
• No staff member will instruct security personnel to act outside the law, including unlawful detainment, excessive force, or discriminatory enforcement
• Venue staff will not request security personnel to ignore safety risks, violations, or illegal activity

I acknowledge that security personnel retain final authority on all safety-related decisions during the course of service, including denying entry, removing individuals, or escalating situations as necessary.

I further agree that:

• Verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or undermining of security personnel will not be tolerated
• Unsafe working conditions, including overcrowding, failure to control patrons, or lack of cooperation, may result in immediate action

Legends Security LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, if this Code of Conduct is violated or if conditions compromise the safety of personnel or patrons.

I acknowledge that failure to follow this Code of Conduct may expose the Client to additional liability and removal of services.

By proceeding, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct in full.
