Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Legends Security LLC provides private security services for nightlife venues, events, and related operations, including but not limited to access control, ID verification support, crowd management, and on-site safety monitoring.

Security services are a deterrent and response function. The Company does not guarantee prevention of all incidents, crimes, or disturbances.

2. Booking and Payment

• Services must be scheduled through approved booking channels
• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure personnel
• Rates are based on staffing, duration, risk level, and location
• Overtime, extensions, or scope changes are billable

Failure to pay as agreed may result in cancellation or refusal of service.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete event details (attendance, hours, risks)
• Maintain all required business licenses, including liquor licensing if applicable
• Provide a safe working environment for security personnel
• Assign a decision-maker on-site with authority during the event

The Company is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

4. Security Authority

The Client acknowledges:

• Security personnel have full authority to enforce venue rules and safety protocols
• Staff may deny entry, remove individuals, or intervene when necessary for safety
• Decisions made by security personnel in real time are final for the duration of service

Interference by venue staff or management may result in immediate service termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Arizona law:

• The Company is not liable for injuries, damages, theft, or losses arising from third-party actions
• The Company is not responsible for criminal acts, altercations, or unforeseen incidents
• Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

6. Indemnification

The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Legends Security LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• The Client's event, venue operations, or guests
• Violations of law or licensing requirements
• Failure to follow security guidance

7. Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: full refund
• Under 48 hours: partial or no refund
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: non-refundable

The Company may cancel services for safety risks, non-payment, or material misrepresentation.

8. Termination of Services

Services may be terminated immediately, without refund, if:

• Conditions are unsafe
• Client or staff interferes with security operations
• Illegal activity is occurring and not addressed

9. Independent Contractor Status

Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership or employment relationship between the Client and the Company. All personnel remain under Company control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Agreement

By booking services, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
